We Make Returns & Exchanges Easy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, contained within and with all of its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
There are no restocking fees on product returns that meet the above conditions.
Step 1: Submit your return request

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Step 2: Print your return shipping label
Once you have submitted your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label. You will need to print this shipping label using your own computer and printer.
Step 3: Prepare your package & attach the return label
Be sure to include all the original packaging, including any documentation or tags. To simplify this process, you should avoid throwing out the original packaging if you believe you may want to return the product before the 30 day window is completed. Make sure that you remove or completely cover the original shipping label on the package so there is no confusion when it is shipped
Step 4: Ship your package back to us
Take your package to your nearest Canada Post location. You will receive your refund once we have received the package and processed it's contents. The amount of your refund will be the total, less any outstanding return charges (if applicable). You will receive an email when your refund has been issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the best course of action. Honesty is the best policy, and our team will always work hard to help solve your problems.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee, food, supplements, etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as chamois creams). Please get in touch using the methods above if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discontinued and clearance items or gift cards.
Do you need to make an exchange? Go ahead and place a new order for the merchandise that you would like. The items that you return will be processed as a refund on the original method of payment once we receive the goods back in their original, new condition. This will ensure that your new items don't go out of stock and that you get your new gear faster!
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less any applicable return charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so please be patient.
Who Pays For The Return?
We like to keep this simple and in the hands of who is responsible. If we shipped you the wrong product, a broken product, shipped you something that didn't meet your expectation because the description was wrong or did something that wasn't in your control, we will take care of the return shipping, no questions asked.
We may, at our discretion require you to keep or destroy the original product we shipped you and we will replace or refund the product without the need to ship it back to us. This will only happen in very specific circumstances and our team will advise you if this applies to your return.
If you got what you ordered, and you just want to send it back (perhaps your significant other saw the credit card receipt and you are officially in the doghouse) or maybe you chose the wrong sized product for your bike, we are going to ask that you pay to ship the item back to us. We will send you a discounted shipping label so it will save you some money sending the item back to us.
